Guest Rating: The location is between Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, great for exploring. The hotel service is very polite and friendly. On the first day, they welcomed us with drinks and fruit. The swimming pool and hotel are very clean, with 24-hour front desk service. The restaurant breakfast has many choices, and the staff service is very professional. Any issues we raised were quickly handled. Highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when I return to Hanoi.

Guest Rating: Clean and tidy environment with complete facilities. The front desk staff are very friendly and capable (language and skills). When asking about attractions, they share locations using modern technology (Google Maps). The only suggestion is that the floors are quite slippery, so elderly guests should be careful. Overall, the hardware facilities are great, front desk service is excellent, but restaurant service needs attention.

Guest Rating: The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, close to the Cathedral and French architecture area. Very comfortable and quiet. Spacious rooms with easy-to-use bathroom facilities. Every staff member provides attentive service. Must mention, the Vietnamese cuisine at the restaurant is delicious. Pho thin 1970s is an excellent value beef noodle soup, comparable to popular spots like Pho Surong.

Guest Rating: “We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter – we didn’t need to take any taxis and could walk to various places in the Old Quarter. The service was great – staff helped us book airport transfers at a very reasonable price (same as Grab), and also helped us book water puppet show tickets. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic – the pho was especially delicious, one of the best breakfasts we had during our two weeks in Vietnam, which says a lot!”

Guest Rating: The location is perfect! In the city center, you can feel the vibe of Hanoi! Breakfast and restaurant quality are excellent. Great rooftop bar. The staff are very polite and helpful. General Manager Mr. Jack is the star of the hotel – he solved all our problems, answered all our questions, and provided excellent advice about road trips in Hanoi and Vietnam, and anything else we might need!

Guest Rating: This hotel is a must for anyone wanting to make their trip unforgettable. I’ve stayed here twice and am actually coming back for three more days. The entire staff team, from the door welcome, to the delicious buffet breakfast, to making you feel welcomed and appreciated – undoubtedly this price offers better value than any other well-known brand hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. From the welcome email, to airport transfer service (quite reasonably priced), to being greeted every morning with a smile and good morning or wishing you a great day, it’s all worth it.

Guest Rating: The reception staff are friendly and very willing to answer questions. The hotel is located in an alley, making it very quiet for sleeping at night. Rooms are clean, air conditioning is strong, and rooms are tidied daily. Breakfast is satisfying. The breakfast dining area is somewhat small, but besides the buffet, you can order egg dishes, pancakes, and pho – excellent! Great location, not far from Train Street! Overall, incredible value for money!

Guest Rating: A great and new hotel with very polite staff and smooth English communication. Welcome tea, fruit, and towels are provided – very thoughtful. Breakfast is excellent and filling. If you’ve booked day tours, I recommend adding breakfast – it varies slightly each day. Although the hotel is on a main road, the rooms are very quiet and you can’t hear traffic. Note that minibar items are chargeable – you’ll be charged at checkout if consumed. The hotel is very clean with beautiful decor!

Guest Rating: Our stay at GM Premium Hotel in Hanoi was fantastic. The location is very convenient as it’s in the heart of the Old Quarter, yet quiet at night. Rooms are equipped with everything you need, including brand-new furniture and beds. Breakfast is also delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful wherever you go. Special thanks to Vivian, who helped me a lot since I checked in. She arranged day trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, and recommended all the best food and drink spots in Hanoi. Guest Rating: Located in the Old Quarter, surrounded by plenty of food and shops. Walking distance to the train cafe, lake, night market, and all tour departure/pickup points. Room and bathroom sizes are adequate, very clean, with comfortable beds. Water pressure is also good. Breakfast is standard with limited variety but sufficient for free. Service is good, all staff are very helpful. We stored our luggage there for a few nights while visiting Halong Bay and Sapa. They even let us shower after checkout time before leaving and lent us free towels.

Guest Rating: Upon entering, you’re greeted by very friendly and enthusiastic staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, service is excellent, and the hotel location is great. The surrounding area is lively. Breakfast is delicious – you must try the pho! After breakfast, housekeeping has already tidied the room and replenished amenities. Free luggage storage is available after checkout. Everything was very comfortable – wonderful!

A vegetarian restaurant is two doors away, McDonald’s is nearby, and there’s a famous Banh Mi grill shop around the corner. Definitely a five-star experience.
